Synopsis

Geoff W. Meech's short film about a roller skater who likes to grab other people's packages. A package is grabbed, and a furious gang of goons pursue the grabber, until it comes to an action-packed conclusion!

Winner of the Best Mobile Movie award at the Youngcuts film festival.

The story of Skitch

As Harmeet Bindra worked on final touches in the film festival cut of Macbeth 3000, Geoff W. Meech got bored: Skitch was born. Geoff, a hard-core roller-skater himself, decided to put his skills to the test in the most stylistic Supergun venture yet. Since the Youngcuts festival was coming up, Matthew Snowball and Geoff devised a clever plan- to film a stand-alone action short that was really both a promotional video for Macbeth 3000 and Youngcuts.

A few stunts and months later, Geoff was flying like a fairy down the stairs of the Youngcuts award ceremony, delivering the final piece of the puzzle, and claiming the trophy for "Best Mobile Movie", a category for films entered for the purpose of downloading through cell phones.

Despite Geoff's initial denial that Skitch could possibly be an Ultimate Rush movie, if you compare the Ultimate Rush 2 trailer with the van-jump in Skitch, you will notice it is the same footage. This has lead to many conspiracy theories, one of which claiming that Skitch IS Ultimate Rush 2, and the rest of the trailer material is from 2 hours of footage which Geoff accidentally ate. This is completely bogus; those "deleted clips" in the Ultimate Rush 2 trailer are obviously clues to Geoff's secret knowledge of how to survive the apocalypse of 2012.

Featuring music from the Macbeth 3000 soundtrack, and essentially a commercial for MB3K, Skitch is here for you to download, and be commercially subjected by our product.

Dance monkeys, dance.
